Life On A Bike, Saturday, January, 8th, 2011

Havent been able to ride for the past three days. Thursday and Friday, I was working the entire day, and got home not in condition to ride. Today, I am having some physical problems. My back is acting up again, I have a nerve problem in the back that I have had for years. It acts up on occation. Plus my hip is hurting, so i'm taking it easy, should be able to ride tomorrow night, hopefully
